Early in meant early finished.
Shayna was awesome- great customer service. My concerns of why I will not use again- waited three weeks just to get a diagnosis date for my car, which I could not drive in the meantime. Then waited another three weeks for the repair appointment. BUT, the day before repair appointment, I was called to let me know the parts we’re on back order and could not be filled until July. Why wait until the day before to inform me, when I had technically been waiting six weeks now. That is my biggest complaint. Anyhow, my husband then asked for the parts number so we can research instead of waiting until July. We got the part ordered and we picked up and delivered to your mechanic department within four days! THEN, we still had to reschedule and wait another three weeks until our appointment! Very disorganized- I will never use Kona Motors again and will advise anyone else about your repair shop.

The staff at Big Island Motors have always treated me nicely and respectfully. The atmosphere is humble yet confident. Most importantly, the pricing for servicing my different vehicles over the years has always been at fair market pricing or just below. I am grateful for that. FYI: your car is most likely to be your second biggest investment next to your home. Just like your house, try not to defer your maintenance if you want to maximize your equity (imho).

Great service. Especially the text reminding us you were “ on it”.
When a customer makes an appointment at 11am for 45 min job and has to wait 4 hours and have to sit outside in the sun the whole 4 hours. I consider that bad customer service . The reason for making an appointment is so you don’t have wait for a long time. Basic service is not the same as doing major repairs and should organized differently. At Honda i only had to wait the actual work time.
