Ray was great - couldn’t have been more helpful, personable and professional. What I would change is having a rental available at the same place I drop the car. And I wouldn’t hate it if you upsold me on a rental - I think you’re totally missing an opportunity. Just my two cents:)

The service and staff were great! My only complaint is I brought my car in for a recall, which they told me would take an hour. I asked if I could also get an oil change, which the staff was happy to say of course, they can do it simultaneously. I never mind when the service time goes slightly over, but I dropped my car off at 9 AM this morning and it wasn’t finished until 4 PM this afternoon. Luckily, I live close and was able to plan around it, but I was not planning on not having a car for the entire day. I wish they would have let me know that it would take that long or that they were backed up. I would have been very understanding, especially if I was given a loaner for the day. Instead, my wife wound up having to cancel plans that we didn’t think would be an issue. Better communication would be appreciated. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you again!

Had my truck there yesterday with a suspected bad variable valve timing solenoid bad but was told they did vet clearing as instructed by ford. Did not fix the problem truck is still running rough and check engine light is on again
