Tricky motor shut off problem with no error code. They drove car on and off for 2 days. Didn’t occur for them. Greatly appreciated Jay’s effort and care. Thanks

I think I was incorrectly charged

Mark is the best. I’m on my 3rd Subaru and Mark and the service department are the reason.
Drop off was great. I asked to have the rubber put back into place by the sunroof that was not fixed. I had that fixed numerous times and I even purchased a new one and there’s something wrong when it keeps popping out for no reason. Possibly the design of it.

During my visit for service I noticed a few of your employees there Not adhering to the Face Mask wearing policy. No one in authority attempted to correct this. Those of us waiting for service were all in compliance and it's only fair if the same consideration is given towards us as we are extending towards your employees.

I am somewhat disappointed that a truck I just bought from your dealership had a failure of such an important component. Especially at 23,000 miles. This seems like a low mileage for a catalytic converter.
Ray's service was so superior to that of the service at Reedman Toll that I will be returning to Fred Beans. Ray and Chris Kellogg are both assets to your establishment.
