Wait time to fix a flat tire was two hours. Plus the did not put the spare back in the proper place. Every time I go in, I here the same thing “ We have been very busy “ When Bill Marsh and the place, you never heard that and they were very busy. Is Fred **** operating with a under staff shifts?
