Everything Christine was responsible for was handled correctly. However, there were two other problems. My car was damaged while in the service area and the ArmourAll treatment was not performed as agreed upon.

Mike and all other staff I interacted with were very helpful and responsive, very easy to deal with.
On my drive home from the dealership i was accelerating to ensure the problem was fixed and I heard big hiss sound with an immediate loss of power. When I got home I found a hose had come loose. I was able to reattach and tighten the clamp. I'm not sure if it's the same hose that was repaired today but it was in the same area near the turbo.

I was very disappointed that my car was kept for 2 days and was essentially not looked at because the dealership could not get the car to reproduce the issue. I feel like I thoroughly explained what was transpiring and the car could have been looked at. Obviously, the problem occurs occasionally when the vehicle is being started. I feel like I wasn’t believed because the car did not reproduce the problem and therefore nothing was done.
Terry was friendly and answered all my questions when I dropped my car off. When I went to pick up my car a few days later she seemed extremely busy but still greeted me by name and with a smile. When she walked me to my car she explained all the items that were addressed and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

My tire is going flat and it hasn’t even been 12 hours.
This is not in reference to Brad so much, but to Ray that let my dam car sit there for 2 months . Finally Brad stepped in (which he should have done weeks prior) and he told me I had to call Chrysler to file a case. Ironically the day after I had a case the part miraculously was found. I understand that the part not being available was out of their control but as for customer service, a lot more could have been done. Thank God my case representative is working with me or else I would never go back here. The only reason I will come back is bc I like Bob, the sales guy. Not sure if I will ever buy another American car unfortunately. Thank you Rachael Machado
