I informed Christophe that the noise was at turnpike speed. Had my car for 7 days then said he can't replicate the noise at 55 and refused to take my car on the turnpike because 'we don't do that' never coming back!
Way too many texts and email reminders
We needed a tire repaired and Scott got us scheduled quickly which we appreciated!
Little to no communication regarding the issue with my car and what the repairs were and when they would be completed. A text stating’ good news, your car is done’ is insufficient.
The only thing I noticed was that I did not get a little sticker in the corner of my windshield with my next change on it. Very small issue, however not concerned about it, just wanted to give a heads up that there was no info on when my next oil change should be. Thank you.
