First, the service team somehow “missed” my appointment and the vehicle was not completed until I called in the next day. Second, cost of the license plate lightbulb was way overpriced to meet the inspection. I should’ve been notified of the price and give them the opportunity to replace it myself. Third, I requested that the exterior door lock code be reset and that was not completed. Very unhappy with my last visit.

When I got the truck originally I was told the first oil change was free and I only received a discount. The other thing was I was charged for a tire rotation and I didn’t ask for it to be done. Both of those things aren’t a huge deal but they are things that shouldn’t have happened.
