Do not call me. I am dissatisfied cause it always takes over an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation. This time it was almost an hour and a half. That's just ridiculous when you have an appointment. It doesn't take other places that long.
Runs like a charm. Manager even held on to my kayak mounts for when rack comes in. Very pleased.

He was very polite and professional. My car was checked in quickly and my loaner car was immediately ready for me. He also answered all my questions.
I was quoted one price the work to be done then, when I came to pick up my vehicle the price was completely different. I was told by the service manager(Brad) he was going to look into it and get back to me Monday morning. I tried calling Monday evening and was told he was unavailable.
I purchased my Mazda two weeks ago at this dealership, it had a check engine light yesterday. Brought it in and John Borz took care of it right away, replaced an ignition coil and handed me the keys when it was done. Thanks John!
