Process was easy enough, Rafael was easy to talk to. These are trying times right now - I'm WFH, taking care of two small kids, trying to home school the one. It's exhausting trying to balance, manage and juggle it all, so it was nice that FB provided this service. A little odd that they sent a newer employee to pick up my car, who also seemed to be a kid, but again, I trust FB and if they trust him, then I trust I'm in good hands. She did, after all, seem to get to FB and back home ok.

Great job. Wish I knew what was mechanically wrong before I purchased the vehicle. However everything has been fixed and I hope that it holds up for a long time.
