My backup camera worked properly when I brought it in for the recall. Now it gets stuck on for about 10 seconds after I take the Jeep out of reverse. The purpose of the recall was to eliminate the problem that I now have after Fred Beans updated the software.

I was very happy with the gentleman who helped me with the service, and the service itself was fine. I was very put off by the service technicians walking around the facility not wearing masks in the client waiting area, nor when they delivered the car back into the pick up area. There was also a gentleman and a lady in a Hyundai uniform having a conversation, neither wearing masks, standing within 2 feet of each other. It's disappointing seeing a public business not doing their part to stop the spread of an ongoing virus.
