I was told 45 minute service, it took 2 hours. We missed work appointments due to appointment running very late. Went out to reception multiple times to ask for update only to have to wait for the staff members to finish up on cellphones, all three actually on cell phones texting while I stood waiting to be acknowledged.
Upon complaining about the lack of communication and being told the car was already in the wash I waited 15 minutes before checking again only to wait for the texting to be Finished before I was acknowledged again. Then to be told the car was still on the way to the wash, still! I said don’t wash it I am already two hours waiting so the car was returned unwashed and also not sanitized for covid protection. I am immune compromised and needed to wipe car down myself as there was no signs of any cleaning done, this was confirmed as I found your technicians computer tool still sitting on the center console beside gear shift connected to the cars computer. Had car been sanitized they would have found said tool.
Am I impressed by my first service visit at Fred Beans....not even close!!
Fortunately your sales team were very professional when we bought the car as if this was my first impression of Fred Beans it would also be my last.
Hope this helps your company as with the state of the economy and world right now one would be expecting companies who are open to be giving customers who are spending money an exceptional service instead of a lackluster “I don’t want to be here” attitude!

Called to schedule appointment because battery kept dying. Told that since battery was installed in 2017 it was prorated. Received call at 9am, told issue was battery and it would cost around $160 to fix. When we reminded the service writer it was prorated, we’re told he would look into it and call back with cost. We had to call back after 4 to find out how much since we never received a call. Spoke to another service writer to get answers.
I was EXTREMELY satisfied with Jack. He called me multiple times about updates on my vehicle, and was courteous and professional each and every time. My family member recognized his name as well, and said they had nothing but the best feedback for him too.
Everything was fast, friendly, and efficient!
