There was nothing wrong with my car and was charged with a "made up" problem. They said i need an oil change soon for $60. I complained on the high cost and was offered a $10 discount. Why not just offer to a loyal customer for $50? I waited three hours and got email on status update on my car. Why wouldn't you talk to me in person? Three hours, no one offered me water, said hello etc. My car has 125,000 and may need a new car soon. You lost a customer.I don't plan on ever going back.

I brought it in due to an anomaly when shifting down while coming to a stop and after a couple of days of me having to get in contact and miscommunication I got my car back still with the same problem.

It’s beyond ridiculous that loaner vehicles are not provided when a car that is under warranty gets called in for a recall. I have never dealt with a dealership that did not offer a loaner car. It’s a huge inconvenience and a great disservice to your customers.
