Rich went above and beyond to make sure my truck was taken care of. He personally came to pick my truck up and drive it to the dealership. He gave my truck to a technician with the same truck as I have to get a true comparison. I can’t say enough about my appreciation for Rich and how much he cared about me and my vehicle. Once again Fred Beans proves how much they care for their customers. Thank you.

Instead of just changing oil, he was suggesting additional service for $710 due to tight belt. Took our car back without any service, and changed oil in another dealership without any problem. Very unsatisfied.
