Anthony was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
After diagnostic when I dove away, car started shaking, jerky acceleration. Luckily I hadn’t gotten on the freeway yet. Took car back, they kept it overnight, then determined the mechanic had forgotten to reconnect an air hose and/or left a cap off. Could have been a disaster.
Was also inconvenient to have to come back a 2nd time.
On the other hand, Anthony was the best service representative we’ve ever had at Hansel—he’s a keeper—5 stars for Anthony!
So far in my experience, she’s attentive, patient, accurate, and follows through… what more could I ask for?

Tiraron una alfombra en el baúl, mi vehículo no llegó así, lo cual consideró una falta de respeto y consideración al cliente al tirar sus pertenencias. Si el compromiso es obtener la entera satisfacción, no lo están logrando.
I did not have a problem with Skyler, other than him trying to make me laugh by telling me about the Door Dash account they share, and unknown charges. But, a 3 hour wait turned into 4 with no heads up, and I was only having a reg service w/no repairs.
As always great service, I always feel safe in my work truck knowing Tony and his team is taking care of my truck
Service was done very efficiently in less than an hour—well done.
After receiving a text that my vehicle was ready, I was told to wait at the service writer’s desk to get my car back—which I did—for 15 minutes before someone thought to take care of me. It shouldn’t take that long for a car with only 5k miles having a free service.
Set, my car would be ready in 45 minutes.It was ready in half an hour very satisfied thank you
