Appointment scheduled for 9:15. Oil change and tire rotation. Charged for filter of $74. Didn't get out till 12:30. Too long of a wait. My RAV is 1 year old with 4100 miles and already needs a Cabin filter?

The shuttle never came for me as promised. I arrive at 310 and was told it would come soon and last trip was at 4. He never came. Additionally, I was not presented with the all points checkup print out that I usually am. I was texted an hour later that I needed new filters. I was already home and couldn't accept the service by then. Dissapointed
Robert is a good and honest dude. I sincerely appreciated the work he did for me as he went above and beyond to ensure my car was ready when I needed jt.
I feel like the work is rushed so mistakes get glossed over. I’ve had one small mistake happen every time I’ve gotten service. I’ve never complained because I really avoid confrontation at all cost. It’s starting to be a pattern though. Everyone is very polite and nice to me.
Date 6-2-26 Time of appointment 2:30 pm, Called to schedule my 35,000 mile service check recommended by Toyota, I did not receive any video of an inspection of my vehicle as I have every other time… Also how do I know if everything was properly looked at and done if there is no video proving they even looked at it? Mi experiencia con Autocentro Toyota ha sido decepcionante. Esta es la segunda vez que llevo mi vehículo para inspecciones y verificaciones de rutina, incluyendo la revisión de un ruido que reporté, y nuevamente tuve problemas con el servicio recibido.
En más de una ocasión solicité expresamente que no desconectaran ni apagaran mi dashcam. A pesar de haberlo informado previamente, la dashcam fue apagada sin mi autorización. Esto me causa preocupación porque es un equipo de seguridad que mantengo activo durante todo momento y esperaba que se respetara mi petición.
Luego de una experiencia negativa anterior, no tenía intención de regresar al concesionario, pero se me recomendó volver para que ellos mismos atendieran el vehículo. Lamentablemente, esta visita resultó en otra situación desagradable.
Espero que la gerencia tome en consideración este tipo de situaciones y mejore la comunicación con los clientes, así como el respeto a las solicitudes específicas relacionadas con los vehículos que reciben para servicio.
