Marvin advice me to do transmission flush which I agreed. Later on Mechanic found gasket leak on my transmission. Got a call from Marvin and gave me a quote. I said just do the trans flush bec it’s too expensive. Realized later that what’s the point in doing trans flush when trans gasket is leaking? Tried to contact him but he woudn’t answer my text or call. Bottom line service advisor only cares about money. I feel like I was given the wrong advice and felt ignored when I tried to correct it. Greed. Will not come back.

It's not Duy. He was pleasant & efficient. He answered all my questions. But when it's time to bring my car in for routine maintenance I really dread it. I have not had a good experience once. You send a lot of mailers out saying how important we are as customers but the transportation for instance is not provided or sufficient. So it was difficult to get to work one day and it was an absolute "no" answer when I needed a ride from work to pick up my car. Maybe they are all overworked so they have to run and the service does not feel personalized. I did not enjoy it and I regret buying my car off that gentleman who sold it to me.
They did the work on time and at the price they quoted.I’m very Happy

Vasi's service was excellent. I appreciated that he kept me informed throughout the process. I have one caveat: information on the tires is totally missing from the invoice, including make of tire as well as warranty and/or lifetime estimate. We had Goodyear tires of high quality on the car. I would have liked to have been informed about the specific tires chosen.

I brought my car today for service and they gave me back after 1 hour and I drive it but there is unusual sign for my car when I hold the break the car shake so I would like to report this to Toyota I am not satisfied by your service...i think when you rotate my car tyres you did something wrong.
