We love our Venza, but the purpose of our visit was a recall to reprogram the anti-skid. We were told “about a 2 hour wait” but it was closer to 4 hours due to lack of trained staff. A better estimate would have been nice. Other than that long wait, your employees were very friendly and apologetic.
