While I was very happy about the service recieved for my oil change, I'm continually disappointed by Honda's exorbitant prices. $100 just to give me a diagnostic/estimate on a malfunctioning windshield washer nozzle. $1200 for a 30K device. Yikes!

Too many to list. My car was stolen 02 July while being held overnight for service. Greg helped as much as he could, but he no authority to address the circumstances or help with certain parts of it. His Assitant manager, Aaron Wong, was the manager on site that day when I was there, and was unhelpful. I have more details, including photos. Today, I don’t have my car back, but from my own, direct contact with the SF Police, I have located my vehicle, found it was damaged when involved in an accident following its theft from your facility, and am getting photographs of it tomorrow. Despite my requests today to obtain the car key and to get thePolice Report Number, I have not heard from Greg, Aaron, or Chris Hansen. Not sure when the service part SF Honda begins. But so far, no good experience with your customer service.
Prices for service are high and with many of us unemployed or dealing with reduced salar, we can't afford it.
