The staff were very flexible and accommodating. I showed up in the late afternoon with a flat tire and while they didn't have time to fix it before closing that day, they offered to take my tire and let me pick it up the next day, which was so much better than me having to wait around the whole time. Thank you!

During this pandemic it is very difficult for people to afford the normalities of life here in San Francisco. I find that is very insensitive not be able to offer more than just 10% which is a tax on a service versus something that is more tangible and doable for repeating customers to survive at this present time. The loyalty that a customer will have to a dealership versus finding someone else who is not as “” certified, becomes more likely when you don’t offer some incentives and discounts (the same as you would for a purchase of a vehicle !!!) it would be very nice for me as repeating customer to know that you are looking out for our well-being and our ability to compensate our pay for the services that we need to maintain our vehicle. have or at least discount some of the cost for repairs are actions of just plain good service .thank you
