I had a great experience. They were extremely helpful and honest and as a female I feel like that’s hard to come by. I find myself getting offered higher prices than normal because I’m not well versed in the auto mechanics world and I felt like i was treated very fairly here. I appreciate all the help received to make this the next experience for me.

The team at Folsom is amazing!! Greg was helpful and knowledgeable, explained everything my car needed, and answered all my questions! I would also especially like to recognize Ray, Aaron and Al for their amazing service over the years, and especially for keeping their cool when the lady behind me was incredibly pushy and rude to all of them about a brief wait when dropping off her car. She said she had to wait an hour, but she pulled in behind me (at 9:07 for a 9am appt), and they took her at 9:24am. With the pandemic, I appreciate the safety measures you had, with new pens, hand sanitizers, shields. I give Folsom Honda an A+ rating.

Ty & Chris did a good job car runs great now thank you & appreciate working on the total cost. Only thing is car towed Mon evening to garage, starter unit was to be ordered & car fixed by tues eod yet got call Wed that wrong starter arrived & then finally got car back eod Thursday so no big deal things happen but just keep customer informed in timely manner pls that’s all other than that you guys are great and will always continue to bring my vehicle to 9th ave Honda!!!

Immediately after I picked up the car I felt a heavy vibration and rumble – – like a slippage of the clitch – – as the car accelerated from a stop, as if the movement between first and second was damaged. This never occurred before I dropped off the car for repairs; that is, it hasn’t occurred in the 119,000 miles I’ve driven the car since I owned it. I drove 2 miles home and it happened after every stop sign and every stoplight. When I got home I am mediately called the repair shop and made an appointment for the next morning (tomorrow). It is clear that nobody drove the car after the repairs were supposedly completed because any person who had driven any car would’ve noticed it right away. After spending more than $5000, I should not have to doubt the quality of the work, much leas have to bring the car back to the shop the day after the work was supposedly completed. Especially during a pandemic. This is a pretty big fail.
