I was concerned that the technician put his head inside my car while I was in the drivers seat to read the dashboard readings. And that his mask was not in properly- didn’t cover chin. I thought that no one would get that close to me while I was in car and I am high risk of Covid complications.
Ace and the Marina Honda team provided excellent customer service, as usual, above and beyond! I always take my car in to be serviced there, because Ace takes such great care; his exceptional attention to detail and great attitude are exemplary.
