Service was fine. Only issue was with the technician who brought my car out. His mask was below his nose. In fact I noticed others that had poorly fitting masks.

I spent the last two saturdays, at San Francisco Honda at 9th ave, to have my car serviced, which was ok, but the didn’t reset everything and the low tire pressure came on after I drove away last week. Also wanted to have my moonroof fixed and made a separate appointment t for that, for yesterday. They were done after 2.5 hours, I had been told it was going to be an all day appointment. The roof still didn’t shut flush and one corner was lower. Tyrone and the guy fixing it told me it was suppose to be that way, where water needed to drain! WTF? Going to Honda on Folsom next weekend, and will not go back to 9th Ave if I can help it-crappy service. Hopefully they didn’t **** up anything when they did the $750, 15.000 mile service.
It took 5 days to accomplish a one day job. The new VTC Actuator took 1 day to put in and 4 days to get the timing to work. I came in 4 different times to find it didn’t work over 4 days. I am about to take a 10 hour drive to Northern California and back. I will let you know if I still own the car at the end. You need to train your mechanics better. If I need to rent a car on this trip I will gladly let you know. Right now the car is behaving wonderfully. You all need to be glad I have a back up car or I would of sold the Honda midweek. Other than that your work is fine.
