I was a little bothered by the check in with the advisor. I had gotten there and was advised by Tommy he would be with me in a minute. Another car had come five minutes after and I saw Tommy my advisor check him in before me even though I was there first and had been waiting. This was not a good impression as i had to wait another ten minutes. I was on early for my appointment and no other cars were there so this was fustrating to be by passed. Not a good way for customers service.
