It was painful to spend $300 and still have to wash acweek of wildfire ash off my car, but i understand the city of SF will not let the service center wash cars. I normally go to Oakland Honda, and a car wash is always included. However, I really appreciate how covid-conscious Lawrence was. I've been scared about taking my car in for service bc of the pandemic. (Yes, I have become a neurotic little anxiety ball, but my dr says this is good thing, stay neurotic for another year.) Lawrence made me feel really safe, as did the very airy, open entry space.

From the beginning to the end of my car service, everyone at Honda-Folsom St was very welcoming and informative. Thank You to Aaron for taking the time to explain what was needed now & what will be needed to upkeep my Dad’s car. The car is very sentimental because it was my Dad’s who passed away in 2017. I can still hear him say only go Honda mechanics and put only Chevron gas. Thanks Honda!

Greg greeted me soon after i arrived and clearly explained the pandemic protocol procedures. He was respectful and clear spoke. He listens well and recaps to insure car's service needs are attended to. Entire process was very efficient and didn't take so long for a 60K service.

I’ve known Ray since the early 2000 when I had a Honda Accord and Honda was on Market St. Ray was and still an impeccably service coordinator and he was and still reliable and dependable.
