I almost want my car to have problems just so I can get it serviced by SF Honda. Hands down, one of the best car servicing experiences. Juan was extremely helpful from start to finishing, keeping me in the loop of thing, reaching out by phone several times throughout the process. Juan deserves a raise! I am still waiting for my car. There is a delay between the sales tema and service team in determining who will pay for the service. No communication has been provided today regarding any updates.
The new tire I just spent $245 was filthy when the car was returned to me. I went in and told the person helping me that this was unacceptable. He started to give me excuses on why the tire was dirty. Ultimately he cleaned it. It should have been cleaned before returning it to me. Very poor quality customer service. If you buy something new, it should look new.
