When I picked up my vehicle, approximately 7 minutes prior to close. The gentleman who assisted me only provided me minimal - at best, service. He failed to informed me where my keys where located, test whether the keys function properly, at the same time I had to reminded him what services were performed on the vehicle. His customer service at best mediocre, since he felt the need to fuillfield his selfish urgency to close the shop and failed to provide adequate customer service. Extremely disappointed with his service. The gentleman his your boldheaded African-American
