In March 2020 received notice for my Honda recall repair. After I call to make my appointment for the service the second times, when I arrived at the shop, they said no parts is available for repair?have to wait for another notice, properly next year?Honda workers do they know what their are doing, acting on the job to get pay and wasting my time for nothing? I dare you should ask?

Pros: The three or four different staff members I interacted with were very nice and welcoming. Con: I had a scheduled appointment for 8:15am, arrived around 8:10, but I wasn’t attended to until 8:40, even with minimal cars queued up.

Car wash would make the experience a lot better, or transport the car to my detail shop. Otherwise, excellent experience. I have been dealing with Ray for 15 years. Always excellent! Thank you!
