Greg was courteous and helpful from the moment We met him. You typically hear horror stories of being upcharged or sold add-ons, but not here. We were pleasantly surprised by how professional everything was. Car was fixed with our warranty, and we left completely happy. Highly recommend SF Honda.

Greg and the other SF Honda team members were great! I was able to get an appointment the same day, and they were very Accommodating when I had to reschedule. I felt the team and especially Greg was looking out for me and wasn’t trying to up sell any other services. I will highly recommend them to any other Honda owner

Tyronne was great. However I paid for battery cleaning for corrosion and was told preventative pads would be installed. Looks like they just sprayed battery cleaner and scrubbed it. I could of done that. There's no evidence of ncp2 corrosion preventative even being used after to help stop corrosion. Should I just do this myself I guess? I don't think money was well spent on my battery cleaning. The oil change and service was great as always. Tyronne was great. I don't put this on him, I just felt like the $30 bat service was incomplete.
Car service was completed ahead of time promised and slightly under quoted cost. Overall completely satisfied.

Vehicle inspection paid by prospect before Purchasing car & your mechanic found numerous issues that should have been made clear to me two weeks before when I spent $1300 on car to have it tuned up & new starter installed. Am very displeased at learning of these latest issues which will cost me in my negotiations to sell the vehicle! You guys owe me like $500 for this headache.
