There was a minor difference between what I requested and what I got. I asked for a tire rotation $25. I got a brake inspection that included a tire rotation $40. Excusing that, everything was fine.

Living and working in SF, I really don't drive my 2006 Accord Hybrid very much. Since SF Honda moved from Market & Van Ness to Folsom St. it has become super inconvenient to drop off and pick up my Accord, (I used to be able to take the trolly virtually from my home front door to the dealership front door), so I decided to try SF Honda's shop on 9th Ave. in the Sunset neighborhood close to my house. Kevin Lindner could not have been nicer or more helpful and he's a big reason why I'll be coming back to get my Honda serviced there in the future. Thanks again, Kevin. Best regards, Michael S

I was disappointed that after I specifically asked to have my wind shield wipers replaced it was not done. Then I reviewed the Inspection report and they rated my wipers as “green”. Clearly they did not inspect them as they were in horrible condition- the rubber on one was was completely torn off and flapping around. The other side was falling apart and disintegrating This is a big concern- what else was listed as Inspected that wasn’t really done? I’m questioning whether I will return for service again as I am concerned about the integrity of the service and inspection.
