Kevin at 9th Avenue was absolutely fantastic!!! I called Allen at SF Honda downtown to tell him how great Kevin was! He answered my questions patiently and clearly, settled the issues for me. And he did this with a smile and very pleasantly. Wish all the service advisors were genuine like Kevin!
Service was prompt and car repaired by promised time. Tyrone was also helpful in informing me about a possible nail in one of my tires and gave me a range of options to repair or replace the tire. Over6very satisfied.
Aaron has been taking care of my CRV for most of my service visits. He is definitely an asset to the SF Honda Service Department. He made sure that the car was taken care of within the time frame promised. He continues to be the team member whom I call and follow up with when I need my car serviced so that it runs smoothly especially for a mother who has to drive her family often.

it was still at Vaness. All maintenance and repairs were through honda.
It’s not really a complaint cause I am always satisfied with the service.
Just a comment re: today . i asked today if there were discount coupons since the repair was a total of 1050 because they said the bushings needed to be changed and as a person not really familiar with cars I agreed cause I trust Honda service center. No discounts currently were offered. So I said I’ll try to find one online cause I usually getcoupons from Honda. but I could not find one.
I just thought he could have helped direct me where to find it. That’s all. But like I said not a complaint but a comment. He did assist me
on changing the break light which I appreciate. thanks.
