While the service was friendly and professional, I had an appointment for an oil change made days ahead of time, and the right filter for my vehicle should've been on site prior to my arrival. Four hours to get an oil change is not satisfactory.

I want to maintain the new car according to recommended maintenance schedule. Should the tires have also been rotated, as the car was purchased last August? If so, I wish it had been recommended by the service representative. If not, when should they be rotated?
