How am I supposed to give a feedback for a service that was not even provided? My ac is broken and there is a 3 year warranty for it. I have had the car for less than 3 years, so I was really hoping to get it fixed today. However I dropped off the car at 9am today and my car was not even looked at. So disappointed with Honda's services! I called around 1 pm to get an update but was told that I would hear back in a few hours. I called again at 4pm since no one got back to me, then I find out that it still needs to be looked at. I would have appreciated if I was given an update and it doesn’t make sense to me that I left my car for the whole day and no one even took a look at it to do a diagnostic.

I truly appreciate the attention, the professionalism and efficiency of Mike Weaver and the team of mechanics. I was a bit surprised with the price but haven't shopped around so I have no reference to compare. The car looks and feels great.

Phone lady told me that shuttle service ended at 3:30 pm when I already had arranged it with Devron. Also the lady who gets the payments could say hello and goodbye. Same thing with the shuttle driver. People over there could be nicer and smile more. The agents are ok, although people that have been clients for 15 years, like me, could get more discounts when we do expensive services. Prices are way too high over there and labor it’s super expensive, so when dealing with several expensive items, we should get more discounts that the average $100 discount from the Honda checkbook, otherwise people might go to cheaper places. I am considering myself going for the first time to another garage after Devron told me how much would be the cost of everything I have to replace. Coupon offers should be able to be combined when the bill is several thousand dollars to make it a bit cheaper. I’d like to get a helpful response to these comments.
