My only issue is the time it take when you have appointment. I feel because I have Honda doc I'm put on a wait list. 2 hours for oil service and 3 hours for oil and tires change. What is the point on having appointment. I wait and I see other come and go in the waiting room.

My experience was mixed. I had been in a few months ago for an oil change and 13 point inspection. And then I had been noticing a noise and the rpm's going up and down while idling, so I brought the car in and it was given a diagnostic. Nothing was found. I bring the car back a few weeks later because the noise is louder and the car is dying and now I need $6000.00 of repairs. When I brought it in this last time I called three times before closing to get an update and I was hung up on.I then get a call from Tyrone first thing the next morning explaining the repairs(my Honda is over 200,000 miles) which are much more than the car is worth. The good experience I had was the other service advisor allowing me to store my car there free of charge for one more night. But when I went to pay for the diagnostic Tyrone said " Oh your going to charge this right?" No actually on my debit card. I know my car isn't brand new, but that's what I like about Hondas is there long term reliability. In short, I just don't think I could trust this place again.

I was waited for like 6.5 hours ... but all of that was worthted for wait that long cause.. michael weaver he did everything to find whats wrong with car ... im so very very satisfied for all what he did ... michael is the best .. super helpfull and has a great costumer services .. great vives awesome person
