I stopped at the sevice center at the very end of the day, yesterday. Kevin was able to get me an appointment today.When checking me in this a.m., he explained everything and gave me an estimate of potential charges. I left at 7:15 a.m., Kevin called to say the diagnostics were done at 9:15. I gave permission to proceed. I was texted to say the car was ready at 4:00 p.m. When I picked it up, the charge was exactly as quoted, no surprises. I had researched the cost of the repair and it was exactly as I expected.I will definitely return for future service on my Fit.

This is my fifth year leasing from Honda SF (Honta Fit for 3 years and then current Honda Fit EXL for two years). I bring my car once a year for complimentary service and have never been asked to pay. In fact, they always said I should bring it more often, maybe every six months. Today, I was immediately asked to pay $200. He could never explain why I should pay when I never paid before. When I asked for the price of oil change, he said $79 but I saw online it was $24.95. The car was dirty when I got it back and parts strewn around in the trunk and glove compartment (they were checking tires). Not the service I had in the previous five years!
