Juan gave great service from start to finish. My only comment is this: when you spend almost $700 to get work done in your car, it would be really nice if they washed it. Even a quick rinse with a hose. My old auto shop would do that and if they didn’t have time to wash it, they gave me a free coupon to the car wash down the street. I very much appreciated this and I think it would be great if you guys offered the same. Definitely a way to go the extra mile and wow your customers.
Greg has been really helpful and listens to my concerns and has tried everything to figure out what is wrong with the car. Even though issue is still no fixed he has been great through it all

The text message updates need improvement. They all arrived at the same time after the service was completed. It would be helpful to receive an estimate of the finish time, and any other service that might be necessary ahead of time.

The folks at 9th Ave Honda quickly found the problem with my tires. It turned out that I unknowingly drove over a nail. It was causing a small leak in one of my tires. I ended up buying a pair of new rear tires to fix the problem. It was a bit expensive, however, good job.
Service is always great. I recommend the marina Honda service dept to everyone I know with a Honda.
