Satisfied with Service Advisor. Satisfied with rectification of airbag recall issue. NOT HAPPY with Check Engine light activated upon receiving my vehicle, noticed before leaving your facilities. No mention of Check Engine on invoice. Had Check Engine reset. After driving around for two days, no further faults noted. It appears that Honda staff may have triggered Check Engine light.

The service was great and I love the text updates. But Honda of oakland used to wash our car when we brought it in. And I really wouldn't think much of it but we had apparently just gotten hit on the hood with a big splat of bird poop so I got to see that when my wife brought home the car from your shop. But I'll still come in. thanks
