Although the gentleman in the service department was very nice and helpful and the work it’s self was pretty fast, I was not satisfied and probably will not get my vehicle serviced at that particular service location again, I am accustomed to service providers going the extra mile for example Vacuuming my car after a service, or even offering a car wash I spent over $350 dollars in this location which for me is a lot of money......only to receive my vehicle back not vacuumed at the minimum. I did read the bold sign when walking in that says the location does not wash service vehicles anymore and I accept that but because of this small action that goes a long way to show your appreciation to your customers you all lost out on a potential regular loyal customer. Again the gentleman that helped me was very polite and professional but not going the extra mile was what I am unhappy about.

I went for a 7am appointment. I ask Tommy will I be out by 10am He ensure me yes. 10am came he said couple more minutes. That turn out to be over another hour. I seen my car Inside sitting not being work on. I still will be a customer but S.F.Honda haa alot of room to Improve
