I was told when I made the appointment I could wait in the waiting room for my car to be fixed. When I got there, I was instructed that I had to wait outside without anywhere to sit except the pavement. So I spent 2 hours on the parking lot. My complaint is that I should have been told before coming in. I am always pleased with service on my car and everyone was very nice; however, if it had been raining and cold i would have had to cancel my appointment after I arrived. Not good for ur business. I do understand that you are only abiding by city rules. Thank you.

It was nice that my vehicle was delivered to my house, there was, initially, some confusion as we were expecting to pick it up in Livermore, so we were a little peeved we had to drive there abd back, but overall, I’m pleased with the service and my vehicle.
