I have had the pleasure of working with Tommy in the past. He and everyone at this service center are fantastic, trust worthy people. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for service!

The only problem I have with the Marina location is that there is no waiting area. I dp not live close to the center which is quite an inconvience.

Tyrone was great but I was really disappointed to see that the only person wearing a mask was Tyrone. Chris would occasionally put his on but walked within 6ft of me several times without wearing a mask. Additionally the mechanics coming in and out of the front service area did not have masks on and they did not wipe down my steering wheel after being in the car. I was also disappointed by the website and email that I received stating that I could wait for me vehicle to be serviced but then when I showed up I was told it was drop off and the vehicle would be done in 2.5 hours. Thanks to Tyrone for bumping it up so I only had to wait an hour for a simple oil change.
I love all the gentleman at this Honda service station on ninth Avenue. They do a great job, and their professional and they’re just so damn nice.
Service was fast and couteous, as always.
My car has a knocking noise near the dashboard that I don't remember hearing before though, so I may stop by next week to let someone listen to it.
