Very expensive and overpriced services. Prices are way above average and charged $100 to just test drive my car and tell me where a noise is coming from. Gentleman was very nice though, will not be returning due to prices.

The help I received was fantastic. This was my first time here, and I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. This shop really took care of me. What really impressed me is after fixing my extended warranty ac condenser the shop filled it up with Freon saving me a good chunk of change. I really appreciated that since money in pandemic is tight. I was also impressed with the speed they did the work, and the text message instant communication. This is a great shop. Chris was great, as were everyone else. Honestly though I would never pay $210 an hour for labor. That is based solely on my personal money situation . If I had extra I probably would always go to this shop, and it's top notch service. Keep it up ladies and gentleman!
Bought my Pilot at SF Honda in 2005 and they have ALWAYS provided the best service they possibly can is my general feeling. Aaron & Roy (Service Dept) are clear and detailed about the service.
It could only be better if it was free .
I got the multipoint inspection today and tire rotations. They told me everything was fine, but now my car is making a humming sound while at speeds/coasting.
Service was quick and friendly. Only bad part was that I went in for an oil change and I came out with a bill that was way more expensive than I was expecting.

I noticed that the individual helping me was not as polite as he was with other customers. It could have been due to me asking questions, but that’s a part of customer service, answering question so that the customer feels informed and educated instead of feeling like they’re being taken advantage of. After today, I will no longer visit Folsom Honda in San Francisco.
Easy. Felt safe coming in during pandemic due to precautions Honda took. Aaron was fantastic — on point, speedy, very friendly and attentive.
