Reynoldo was pleasant to work with as a service advisor. But the technician is another story. The tech #1082 had worked on two issues.
1 I had an issue with the navigation/ radio. I believe it’s working for now.
2 A recall # 20-012 of the 3rd row outlet. Upon arriving at home. I inspected the interior of the vehicle in which it was worked on and notice the left 3rd row seat ( behind) what appears to be a footprint of a shoe. Also upon opening the right side sliding door I notice 2 screws one stainless color the other a larger black screw both I believe is a philips head type. Both were located near the right side panel which a little cover was left open. One last thing I notice upon opening the right side sliding door that the floor board covering ( the very first step) was partially not put back in its place. I managed to clean the spot on the back of the seat and also snapped back the little cover on the right side panel and the floor board. I’m going to make an appointment to have those two screws put back on wherever it came from. Hope to hear a response.

Ace did not inform me that after the recall fix I need to drive at least 200 miles before I can take my Honda for a smog check. I took the car for smog test the following day and failed it as a result. In my opinion Honda Marina should cover the cost of the smog re-check.

The service is always excellent at the 9th ave locale. The pandemic safety protocol was also good.
