Had to walk in to find out my car was done w its oil change . it was 130 pm.dropped off 9am. No calls are answered so that was the only way to know if kt was done. I had asked if it could be done by noon and Kevin said it could be, but never was able to call (you know, the phone just rings and rings. Even while I'm there its ringing.)to find out if it was - it may have been done, but since there was a stack of papers for completed jobs I was never notified of completion. At least there was just a small effort (usually hard BS sell on stuff Honda says to just follow the maintennace minder) to oversell me. Then I asked for a coupon which I usually get 10perecnt off or so, Kevin said no coupons and Honda Sf was being strict on its coupon policy. Oh Btw, Kevin was working, had not had his lunch yet - this is 130 pm. You seem understaffed on the admin side of youre 9th ave operation. Ive been seriously considering going to Serramonte, where I bought the car. But dammit im only 20 blocks from your place.

SF Honda was very nice and accommodating from the beginning. I actually tried to schedule a appointment for this recall at Serramonte Honda but they were actually very rude when I tried to schedule a date that would work for me since I work Monday-Friday. That’s when I decided to call S.F. Honda

Dear SF HONDA, This is Yerzhan. Today I picked up Honda Insight. After I replaced center instrument pocket, the Air conditioner on/off button stoped working. Before it was working fine. I couldn’t reach you this afternoon. When can you eliminate this problem? Can we do it tomorrow? Best, Yerzhan
