We told you we didn't want to change the sensor. We've known for a year it didn't work. We just noticed on the bill you charged us to test the sensor. WTF why would we pay for something we already knew wasn't working. Please contact us to refund us that portion of our bill. You have in previous services a record of us acknowledging the broken sensor and opting not to fix it. Terrible service today

I am overall unhappy w Honda corporate services. My experience w Honda has been very unsatisfactory. This does not include the service I get at our local Honda shop. My Honda Fit 2012 has proved to be of very poor quality . I calculated an average of $350 on different relais over the last few years. The latest was over $1350 for transmission ! And the car has only 40 ,000 miles. I emailed corporate and o I have case number, but that sent me generic response to contact local service center. I called several times and emails w no response. I am very disappointed w that poor Honda service . I always drove Honda and this will be the last one . Honda used to be very responsive and reliable. But alas something happened that changed that. We already got another brand after similar experience w our Honda Accord 2010!
