I received excellent (courteous, friendly and knowledgeable) customer service from Devron! He is very knowledgeable AND personable! The mechanical service performed on my car was also top notch! I felt the difference (smoother ride) driving home! The quality of Customer service, mechanical services and the overall timeliness was excellence x3!!!

He neglected to apply a senior discount until I requested it. And the service attendants neglected to affix to the car’s windshield a reminder of at what mileage/date the car should be brought in for its next service. I had to ask Greg to create one, which he then did.

The desk service was friendly and knowledgeable. I have complaints there. However, outside when a service person drove the car to me, I noticed that the exterior of my car was filthy with dirt and dirty water stains all over the car and windows. When I complained, she just walked away. Please note that I now have to wash the car. I was upset more that she ignored me and walked away.

Tommy Jung was very apologetic regarding the repair of my Honda Odessey minivan. He did his best to have the service department do what should have been done initially. Also I was to be reimbursed for transportation to and from your facility while the repairs were being done, $34.00 for travel. I yet to determine if the repairs are satisfactory. It should take me about a week to do so. Tommy can check back with me after the 15th of this month! ****-****-xxxx best time is afternoon

Tommy was very understanding and professional in having my car serviced and advised what I needed to fix before my car becomes an issue. He was communicated through text of the status of my car and when my car was ready to be picked up.
