Mr. Gomez would not explain why SRS light was still on after recall-airbag service. Demanded I pay $199 diagnostic fee even though tech said it was the SRS module. I asked him to quote me the repair cost and he wouldn't. Just told me "Probably $1000". If he had just been straight with me about what the problem was and what it would cost to repair I would have likely had the work performed by you. Instead, he was using a federally-mandated airbag recall as an opportunity to upsell me. YOUR LOSS.

I was charged $139 plus tax for a tire alignment that the sales person said would be free if it was needed. I tried to argue but it was exhausting. I will never come back and as a small business owner in the mission, I feel even worse about the experience.

I was so impressed with SF Honda service team and Hank! I went in for an air bag recall and they provided me with a complimentary service report. Smart business! I knew there was some work that would need to happen as my friend (car owner has never done any maintenance work except oil changes). We will now budget to do the work and I would most definitely recommend your business to friends.
