Completely satisfied once I received the text message to schedule appt online. Reynaldo was friendly and efficient. Only concern is that I called more than once leaving my name and contact info. Had to wait more than two weeks for return communication. I understand these are unusual times. Wish the people answering the phone could have alerted me that there would be a two week wait.
