The only thing that was a little irritating was after leaving the dealership within 10 miles my DEF low warning came on. Thought that would have been checked at the time of service.

Rakan was nice. He seemed to have nice personality and was courteous. The reason I was not satisfied was due to the length of time I had to wait until my service was completed. I had an appointment at 10 am and by the time I was checked in it was 10:10am. My vehicle sat for an hour before it was taken to the service bay. At around 12:50, I saw my vehicle being lowered from the lift and brought out for pickup. It remained there for 15 minuets or so. Total time was at 3 hours. As stated before, I had an appointment, and this service was for a routine oil change. I don’t believe I’ve ever waited 3 hours even for unscheduled oil change anywhere. In my opinion, if you take the time to make an appointment, the trade off is getting a routine service completed quickly and efficiently. I live in Oceanside and come to you because I want to give you the business since I bought this vehicle from you, but now am rethinking this. One last thing, is it that necessary to change multiple seat adjustments to move the vehicle 200 feet or less? and if it’s that important to change them, can they return them to where they found it? Sorry this is so negative, but I’ve been fuming over it since I picked up my vehicle.
