I was told I would be waiting 1.5 hrs for an oil change I had an appointment for. Then they said it would be another hour due to them having the parts. 4 hours later my Tahoe was done and the job they were doing on the windows was worse than when I brought it in . So now I have to go back when they have the part and wait again for it. So disappointed and not what I'm used to.

they didn't fill air tire .even i Ask manager if filled..he said yes. However, i found out didn't when we saw. So he took car back to fill. Stupid.

EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTED. Had appt scheduled at 12:30 pm. Service attendant questioned if i had appt. Then other employee came out to my car and also questioned if I had appt. Not only did i have appt, i even got a reminder call yesterday. Apparently no one could find my appt. Then, i was told it would be a minimum of 2-2.5 hrs because everyone was at lunch!!! Why schedule me at this time then??!!! I could not believe this!!! And lastly, when oil chge was done, i expected truck to be washed. Used to this service w my other cars. (Mazda dealer always deliver my cars washed after oil change. Very, very dissapointed w your service today.....
