I walked in to the service department and there were about 8 people standing around or sitting staring off into space. I was in there for a good 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and when Rose did I didn't have the confidence that she knew what she was talking about. I purchased my 2019 Traverse 7/26 and having an issue with the carpet on the driver's side. Actually call me and I can give more detail. Too much to type.

I waited for my car and was notified by a text message, and I was sitting in the room right next to the service desk area. Honestly , why could they not have just come into the room where I was and let me know my car was ready? When I came out of the room after reading the text. Several service people were standing around together talking and I had to stand there to get someone to help me check out . It was very impersonal, and frankly I am happy that I don’t have any more service free oil changes on my car here. The last 4 times I came in ... I was ignored when o got there, no one even bothered to look up and say I’ll be with you in a moment or say anything for that matter. Over 2 years I have watchdog the service department slide down hill and I used to Think Jimmie Johnson, now I’m just disappointed all the time.

Rose was very kind and helpful she recommended me a couple of things about my car that I needed to repair, but I will do that at another place since I’m on a very tight budget right now. And I appreciate her help because she gave me an estimate on a tire that had an issue and the hood struts.

Rose didnt charge me the $162.50 for diagnostics when I brought in my car to get it checked for a possible defective part I was notified about through the mail. That was great!

I paid nearly 400 for a fix that was obviously related to what ended up costing me almost 2300. If the assessment had been done correctly there would have been a minor repair. I will be writing this up for Yelp and google. I am very upset. In essence using you for a repair cost me a small fortune. By the way the 4th time I was behind the wheel after you charged me to assess my car and found a battery issue... I now had to drive to you for repair. Additionally I asked about my hybrid batter and commented it never gets full anymore so I asked for a capacity check since it's under warranty. Instead... there was an error code check. Capacity is covered by warranty but this was never even checked. This combination destroyed my trust that I have had and exclusively used you for service since 2012. Three strikes... and that was three. Now I have to find a new shop.
