Liana was very nice, friendly, and on top of keeping me posted about my car. I felt my business was appreciated and my car was going to get fixed promptly. It was a very pleasant experience. I have used Bob stall Chevorlet in the past. I will never be returning there after the awesome experience at Jimmy Johnson's. I traveled down from Alpine and don't mind, because the experience was exceptional. Thank you for taking care of my car!
I dropped off my vehicle to get the R exterior passenger door handle replaced. When I left, my interior door handle was in operational. Now I have to return my vehicle and make an appointment to get that repaired. Waste of time.

Not one person looked like they wanted to be at work. This is solely pertaining to the service advisors. Mechanics was great. Advisors were lacking. No one was rude but no one was attentive either. Everyone was busy chatting to each other and not acknowledging the incoming customers. At one point an advisor came and chatted to another and proceeded to use foul language I guess she forgot she was in the front and customers were around. While I’m waiting room I then hear more staff members playing around and more foul language was used. In all my years of going to Chevrolet dealers this is by far the most laid back type attitude (not in a good way). If I didn’t have my warranty with Hendrix I would not come here nor recommend this service center. This is the second time we’ve been here and both times we experienced this. Very unprofessional.

The service seemed adequate, however I was told it would take 2 hours and so I waited for it to be done. It took almost three hours for my service to be done. It would have been better if Travis would have come to provide me an update after the two hours had elapsed to let me know what the status of my service was.
