Liana G. and Pam F. have been very professional and helpful in servicing my vehicle, I appreciate the help they both have offered. However, I am not pleased with the work of the service technician(s) who have worked on my car. I feel that they did not try to find the actual issue until I pressed the matter after multiple visits. Then I was sent away with a bogus excuse for not being able to fix it. The message that they have been sending me over and over is that they don’t want to do their job and completely disregard my wasted time and money to keep returning.

Laith was great as always no complaints about him, but I’m unhappy with having to once again replace the shifter in the camaro. Kinda excessive to be on the third shifter in a 2014 car. Seems like it should be a recall item but there hasnt been any design change. I don’t feel like we should have had to pay for this well known problem. Its been a huge hassle to get the key out of the ignition for sometime. Most recently we had to resort to disconnecting the battery in order to get the ignition to release the key. We had to do this every time it was driven! I had to practicality crwal inside the trunk. I love this camaro but dang this has been a huge inconvenience and then whats worse is that we had to pay for it too! Diana Pierce ****-****-xxxx

Been going to Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet for 2 years and this is my 4th time for oil change. Of all 5x that I have been in for service, today is the only time that my car been done early. In and out in an hour... thanks Rakan!

Travis was great. Knowledgeable and friendly. The time frame of more than 2 hrs to get a oil change. Is excessive. This is the second oil change and to be that long with an appointment is not right.
